Bastion increased the speed of an Australian healthcare provider

Challenges
Modern network redundancy
The client was unsatisfied with the inc
umbent supplier, a large national telecommunications provider, who was slow-moving, lacked modern network redundancy capabilities and charged a premium for their services.
They often needed to speak with multiple support resources, explaining requirements multiple times, before finding the right person to solve problems. Any changes requested took a long time to action, slowing business operations which impacted their ability to deliver healthcare services to their customers.
The client was also concerned with industry related cyber-security breaches which would impact business operations if they did not take proactive steps to manage these types of threats.

Solution
The outcome of our cyber security services
Cythera initially commenced working with this client to provide a converged network and security solution which improved network performance, redundancy and security.
The solution included Cato Networks Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) platform across all clinics, data centres and office locations. Additionally, Cythera incorporated improved network bandwidth increases and improved redundancy which utilised carrier diverse paths for each site.
Cythera also rolled out cloud delivered security controls from Cato Networks and Rapid7 which proactively monitors and detects security incidents across the client network and user base 24x7. Any alert is proactively triaged and managed by Cythera’s Australian-based security operations team.
