With over four years at Cythera, Mitch brings strong commercial and technical acumen, paired with diligence to every engagement. Known for staying cool under pressure and injecting good humour into the team, he builds rich, enduring client partnerships.

Mitch and the Cythera security team operate as an extension of each client’s team, ensuring we deliver good security outcomes with a “get things done” attitude. As a collaborative teammate with a finance background, Mitch regularly dives into complex pricing spreadsheets or system reports.

He’s enjoyed growing with Cythera and celebrating milestones alongside the four founders. Outside of work, Mitch and his partner are busy raising their two young daughters in Melbourne’s inner north, juggling family life while renovating their forever home.

Weekends always start with a visit to Preston Market, while still finding time for a kick of the footy and the occasional music gig when they find a babysitter.

Holidays look a little different these days, mostly spent down in Ocean Grove with extended family. A keen Tottenham Hotspur fan, Mitch has grand plans for a family trip to London for a match one day.
