Mitch has worked across legal, manufacturing, health, services, and financial services sectors, bringing together the right people, services, and strategy to solve tough challenges and build long‑standing managed security partnerships with Cythera. He brings strong commercial and technical acumen, paired with diligent execution, to every engagement. Known for staying cool under pressure and injecting good humour into the team, he builds rich, enduring client relationships and champions a “get things done” attitude that underpins Cythera’s growth.

Mitch and the Cythera security team operate as an extension of each client’s organisation, ensuring we deliver strong security outcomes that align with business priorities. Drawing on his finance background, he regularly dives into complex pricing models and system reports to create clear, sustainable solutions for customers.

Outside of work, Mitch and his partner are busy raising their two young daughters in Melbourne’s inner north, still finding time for a kick of the footy and the occasional music gig when they can secure a babysitter.
