Euan Prentice

Euan enjoys building businesses, travelling and spending time with family and friends. As co-founder of Cythera, he has helped build a team of great people - many of whom he has shared long term personal relationships with - to deliver industry leading cyber security services. Euan considers the maxim to separate business and friendship as non-sensical unless "your business is crap because you should proudly build a great business and ensure your friends help accelerate it and participate in its success".

Euan has enjoyed a 30 year career in technology include several executive and advisory roles. He has been integrally involved in the sale of four businesses, the acquisition of five businesses, and the integration of seven businesses. Following the recent acquisition of Cythera by Bastion Security Group, Euan maintains an active executive role and is a Director of both organisations. He is immensely proud to have once again built a company for idea to extrinsic value and thus replicate the success of O2 Networks, a company he also co-founder and later sold to Telstra.

Euan is an avid traveller and is rounding on 80 countries visited and looking forward to many more. Craziest place – Turkmenistan. Best place – Norway (probably).
