1. Do you proactively correlate and monitor security events across your computer endpoints, security devices, and cloud infrastructure?*
- a. No. We don’t do this, but we know we should.
- b. Partial. We log some security information and refer to it when necessary.

2. Do you have dedicated security resources who can respond to security threats?*

- b. Partial. Our IT team is responsible for this duty amongst other daily tasks

5. Do you have a method of tracking IT system vulnerabilities and prioritising patching?*
- a. No. We don’t monitor our systems for vulnerabilities
- b. Partial. We complete system patching updates less than 6 times per year.
- c. Yes. We monitor and patch critical vulnerabilities immediately. Less critical patches are rolled out regularly.
Note: Cythera offers all clients managed vulnerability tracking and alerting services to proactively detect and respond to system patching risks.
